Valorant Maps guide
These are the current maps in the official map pool of Valorant:
- Ascent: A three-lane map set in Italy with a mix of long and short sightlines. It features a central area connecting the lanes and its main objective is the A-site, which is located on top of a hill with multiple chokepoints to control.
- Haven: A three-lane map set in a seaside town in Iceland with a mix of long and short sightlines. It features a central area connecting the lanes and its main objective is the A-site, which is located in an open area with several chokepoints to control. The B-site is located in a more enclosed area, making it harder to take but also harder to defend.
- Split: A two-lane map set in Japan with a mix of long and short sightlines. Its main objective is the A-site, which is located in an open area with several chokepoints to control. The B-site is located in a more enclosed area, making it harder to take but also harder to defend. Split is known for its unique mid-point, which allows players to cross the map quickly and surprise the enemies.
- Icebox: A three-lane map set in the Arctic with a mix of long and short sightlines. It features a central area connecting the lanes and its main objective is the A-site, which is located in an open area with several chokepoints to control. The B-site is located in a more enclosed area, making it harder to take but also harder to defend.
- Pearl: A two-lane map set in a luxury resort with a mix of long and short sightlines. It's small size makes it a fast-paced map that requires quick reflexes and good aim. The map has a unique layout with several chokepoints and vertical elements.
- Fracture: A two-lane map set in a research facility with a mix of long and short sightlines. The map has a unique layout with multiple levels and vertical elements that can be used to gain an advantage in the fight. The main objective is the A-site, which is located in an open area with several chokepoints to control.
- Lotus: A three-lane map set in India with a mix of short and long sightlines. Released 2023, it's the newest map in the map pool. It even hat rotating doorways.
These maps have been in official map pool but are currently not in:
